Riley Blackwell

A technical mind.
A human instinct.

I’m a writer, community builder, and hands-on maker. I’m interested in the stories people share, the places they gather, and the technology changing both.

I began in systems and infrastructure, where technical understanding, reliable processes, and clear communication have to work together. That background still shapes how I approach a problem: understand the system, find the friction, and make something people can actually use.

Editorial work taught me to find the thread in a complicated subject. Local community building taught me that a shared story needs ways to participate: a conversation, an event, a workshop, a project people can make together.

Today I bring those instincts into communications, narrative and lore building, media, brand, and technical projects. Through Kimiya, I write and research what it means to live through change, then explore those questions in products and rooms.

I’m seeking stillness inside the pace of this moment, too. That part of my life belongs beside the making.
